Senior Production Managers oversee all production show elements including lighting, audio, video, automation/rigging, scenery, pyrotechnics, and show rehearsals. Senior Watchkeepers are responsible for safe navigation of the ship, maintaining a 24-hour watch by working a four-hours-on/eight-hours-off rotation.
